When will I receive the photos?

All photos will be delivered within 24 hours of your photo shoot time, usually between 10 am to Noon the next day. Larger properties might require a 36 hour turnaround time.
How are the photos delivered?

Photos are delivered to your email via a property website platform. Download link contains a Branded and Non Branded option, as well as Print Quality + Web/MLS Quality download options.
How many photos will I receive?

Certain properties might require more photos than others. I deliver at a minimum, 20 photos and at a maximum, 80 photos.
What if I need to cancel/reschedule my photo appointment?

Please provide at least 12 Hour notice for cancellations. Same Day Cancellations will incur a $50 Fee.
Travel Fees

Coverage area is 35 miles from Alexandria, VA. Any mileage past 35 miles is $1.25 per mile roundtrip.
